Thank you for shopping with us. By purchasing from Remote Avenue, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


Warranty & Exchange Policy

All products sold come with a 7-day warranty (7 working days) from the date of purchase or the date received/delivered, whichever is earlier.

This policy applies to both online purchases and retail/store purchases.

All goods sold are non-refundable and are only eligible for exchange for another item of equal or higher value.

  • Exchange to a lower value item: No refund of the difference.
  • Exchange to a higher value item: Customer will top up the difference.

For any reason including purchasing the wrong item, equipment issue or sensor receiver or sensor compatibility issues, technical issues, change of mind, or order cancellation returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval and evaluation.

Where approved, a 60% refund of the item value will be provided, meaning a 40% restocking fee applies.

Please note:

  • Shipping and delivery fees are strictly non-refundable
  • Refunds apply only to the product amount paid
  • Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and accessories intact

However, if you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist and advise accordingly.

 

Understanding Your Refund

We want our return process to be as transparent as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee calculated from the item's purchase price.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges may be rejected if:

  • Item shows signs of damage, scratches, dents, tampering, modification, or repair
  • Item is not returned with original packaging/accessories
  • Damage is caused by misuse, liquids, extreme temperatures, or improper installation
  • Reported issue does not affect normal functionality
  • Item has been improperly installed or maintained by customer or third party

Remote Avenue reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests.


Damaged / Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.


Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
