Please read and understand our store's return and exchange policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-refundable, only can be exchanged and warranty for 7 working days from date of purchase or the date received/delivered whichever earlier for another item of similar or higher value. Unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns - there are no exceptions to this.

Section 1 - Damages and issues. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Section 2: Exchange Policy


Our exchange policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase or 7 days from the date received/delivered, whichever earlier.


By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met)  


For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.


 
Section 3: Refund Policy


A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.


Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 business days, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@onestopremote.com

On a case by case basis items that are approved after evaluation for refund/return, the amount to be refunded can be in full or in partial (excluding shipping or delivery cost) subject to approval.


Section 4: Return Policy


Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase or 7 days from the date received/delivered, whichever earlier.
Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

 
Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Section 5: Shipping & Delivery 

All shipping & delivery costs are non-refundable.
